At Yamazaki Home, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
